Find the right games and Content Owners, establish a partnership, and confirm which catalog items the Agreement lets you sell.
Who needs this#
Content Sellers looking for their first product, or expanding beyond the Content Owners they already work with.
TL;DR#
- Use Network → Games Network to discover by title and Network → Vendor Network to discover by company.
- Use Network → Partners to manage outgoing requests, incoming invitations, active partners, and partner Agreements.
- After the MCA and applicable BMA are active, use Inventory → Partner catalog to review the catalog scope available to you.
- Connection and catalog visibility are not enough to sell. You still need allocation, the applicable price, a live lifecycle, and fulfilment availability.
Discover by game or company#
Choose the route that matches what you know:
- Network → Games Network when you know the game, platform, or type of content you want.
- Network → Vendor Network when you want to review a particular Content Owner or compare prospective partners.
- Network → Partners when a Content Owner has already invited you. Review the incoming invitation there before accepting or declining.
Discovery helps you identify a possible partnership. It does not make products sellable or create commercial permission.
Connect and complete the Agreements#
- From Games Network or Vendor Network, open the Content Owner and request a connection. Alternatively, accept their invitation from Network → Partners.
- When the connection is active, open Network → Partners → partner → Agreements.
- Review and complete the Master Collaboration Agreement (MCA). This is the overall partnership framework.
- Review and complete the Business Model Agreement (BMA) for each model you intend to use, such as API Revenue Share, wholesale, or Traditional Revenue Share. The BMA carries the model-specific terms and catalog scope.
Read the commercial terms before accepting them. A connection is only the handshake; the active MCA and applicable BMA form the Agreement readiness check.
Review your partner catalog#
After the relevant BMA is active, open Inventory → Partner catalog. The BMA's catalog scope is the Share check: it determines which products and SKUs you may see and sell under that model.
Example: A Content Owner may include the PC edition in your API Revenue Share BMA but exclude the console edition. Your Partner catalog should reflect that scope; the connection alone does not expose every SKU they own.
You are ready to assess sellability when…#
The partnership is active, the MCA and relevant BMA are complete, and the expected SKUs appear in Inventory → Partner catalog. Next, confirm Allocation and Price plus lifecycle and fulfilment in Inventory & selling.
Common problems#
"I'm connected but I can't see any products." Open the partner's Agreements and confirm the applicable BMA is active and includes catalog scope. Ask the Content Owner to review the scope if expected SKUs are missing.
"I can see a product but can't sell it." Visibility proves Share, not full readiness. Check allocation, pricing, lifecycle, and fulfilment in Inventory & selling.
"I cannot find an invitation." Check Network → Partners. Invitations are managed with partner relationships, not in Games Network or Vendor Network.
